I offer an initial audio phone consultation, up to 30 minutes, free of charge. Sessions thereafter are 50 minutes and either audio phone call or video, per client preference. Fee per session is $175.00. I do not accept insurance.

For potential clients who are interested in working with me but who had hoped to use their insurance to cover most of the cost of psychotherapy, I would encourage them to determine if their plan offers out-of-network benefits. In this case, a client would pay me in full at time of service, and I then would provider her with a receipt called a suberbill that she could submit to her insurance company herself for partial reimbursement. In favorable situations, this simple approach can substantially reduce cost. I also am open to fee negotiation on a case-by-case basis. I encourage anyone who feels hopeful about working with me but unsure about affordability to contact me to talk about options.
